RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Unhappy with your order? Our iron-clad policy lasts 30 days! Simply email us with photos of the unused item(s) and we'll walk you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, all ordered items must be unused and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a full refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
When a refund is issued, an email will notify you. Please keep in mind there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company. Then contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
If items in your package are defective or damaged upon arrival, we will send a free replacement immediately completely from our own pockets! To begin the process please contact us.
Please do not refuse packages in an attempt to prevent delivery. Please remember we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Once your order is processed through our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped.
But, if you email us within a few hours after placing your order there is a high chance we can cancel it in time!
If your order is on its way to you, you can contact us for a solution, compensation, or once the package arrives, you can return it to our facility for a full refund.
